After moving to Squamish 4 years ago I decided to start mountain biking. I signed up for and completed the “Test of Metal” race that year and finished in 4 hours and 50 minutes. I decided to enlist PP to help me train and improve on that time. He created a meal plan and a mountain bike specific strength training plan. He also directly supervised some of my workouts to ensure that I understood the intent of and how to properly complete the exercises in the training plan. The results were impressive to the point that my friends were asking him about my training as I completed the next Test of Metal race in just 4 hours! I was impressed with his expertise in nutrition, training and also his professionalism. I would highly recommend having PP achieve your goals as he did for me!
