At the end of my post What’s the plan for December I was writing about the importance of building a strong morning routine. I am showing you one to help you jump start your morning and give you more energy during the day.
Keep In mind that an energy boosting routine is not a fast loss training. But can and will definitely help you feeling better right from the start!
