
My daily morning routine
Morning routines are amazing to jump start your day.
This time for yourself shouldn’t be too long, because you will simply won’t do it!
Here’s how I like to start my days:
1- A very tall glass of water (somewhere between 16 to 20oz) with the juice of half a lemon. I use to alternate lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
2- Get into that little stretch mobility routine (see video bellow)
3- Write some ideas down to get my priorities « organized »
4- Depending if I’m fasting or not. I can prep myself a smoothie.
