When is the last time you’ve tried something new or different? I normally train in a low rep and heavier weigh zone.. But today I’ve tried something different.. 1 x 100 reps on the standing shoulder press. Totally different type of effort, other muscle fibers and of course, the brain aspect to fight against a long set!!!! Did I liked it? Can’t say yes, Can’t say no.. But I’ll definitely do it for other muscle groups as well… Just for the fun of mixing up things.
