What should you be looking for while doing the Holding star plank exercise. This is an isometric exercise, meaning there is no real motion while doing it. Here’s couple points to max it out. 1- Your support hand position. It should be directly under your shoulder. Without a proper alignment, you won’t be able to stabilize your core. 2- Bring your hips forward to avoid any C shape of your body. Once again being fully straight will triggered the right muscle groups, and also avoid your body to swing.. aka losing your balance.
