There are many reasons why people are going to the gym. If you know me a little bit, you must know that I’m not even close to be a gym rat. But I do think that lifting weights or do some resistance training should be part of a healthy weekly routine. Your daily activities, work posture and of course stress are creating « unbalance muscles » that can lead to very bad posture ». Weak posture will increase risk of discomfort and lead to potential injuries. Set time goals that you can fulfill and simply show up. If it’s 2 x 20 min / week that will be it for now.
