Hello, my name is George. I’ve always had issues with my weight. It’s always been a struggle to lose the weight and keep it off.But then I met PP Jutras at the local gym where I forcefully signed up once again lol, and since then he has changed my life. Not only did I get the results I wanted with his in depth knowledge of training methods, he also provided me with the mental support that I needed to keep on going. His knowledge and his constant research on nutrition has pointed me in the right direction on everyday healthy eating. His understanding on my individual needs is the reason that I finally understood that a “diet” is a life choice not a New Years resolution. The passion he has for his field and for his clients, makes me believe that I have found the best personal trainer and an equally great friend next to me for life.
