If you love windsurfing and want to get ready for the upcoming season… I have a gift for you… and it’s FREE! Hey my name is PP Jutras and i’m super happy to share the first phase of the windsurfing training program. Over the next 8 weeks you’ll find a complet training divided in 3 major phases. The first and probably the most important one is called: STRUCTURAL BALANCE. This is where we are balancing back your body, aka, building up the foundations. The second one will be STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE. We’ll be working on your strength and endurance in a way that it can be directly applied for windsurfing. The last phase will be SPEED AND POWER. This phase will help you get the extra pop off a ramp or have the power to hit the lip much harder! if you commit a little bit into the program, i’ll guarantee that you’ll become stronger, more endurant and less injured. Staying away from injuries is a good way to spend more quality time on the water! 😊 To give you the maximum support about the routines, I strongly recommend that you join my FaceBook support group.
