Best Easy Bounty Bars (Vegan)

After many requests, here’s the recipe that my wife came up to to create those amazing coconut bars.

On top of putting lots of love while cooking, there is couple goals that needs to be fulfill.

 

 

1- It has to be healthy and kids friendly

2- It has to taste awesome

3- It has to be quick.

4- It has to look delicious.

5- Kids can help doing it!

 

 

 

What you’ll need:

-2 cup of unsweet organic shredded coconut.

-1/2 cup of organic coconut cream.

-2 table spoon of organic maple syrup.

-1  table spoon of organic virgin coconut oil.

– 1 cup of half sweet Enjoy Life chocolate chips (top pick) or same amount of dark chocolate (70% and up)

How to: 

In a large bowl, hand mixte all the ingredients together except the chocolate and coconut oil.

Do some little bars and spread them on a wax paper. Put into the freezer for one hour.

Melt and mixte chocolate and coconut oil using « bain-marie ».

Dip the little bars 2 times in the warm chocolate.

Put everything back to fridge or freezer for another hour or so.
